Green-field projects

A greenfield design, also called ‘clean sheet design’ are those projects which are built from scratch on undeveloped land. It lacks constraints imposed by previous developments. It provides a clean slate that allows the client and the designers to think freely to develop the project. It allows for flexible, innovative, forward-thinking designs that will meet current and future needs.

” Choosing brown-field over greenfield project of your life, always makes you stronger “

Brown-field projects

Brownfield field facilities are those which are no longer in use, require revitalization, revamping, rehabilitation and modifications. Brownfield projects can often be more cost-effective than building a new facility. The challenges however are many. It requires advanced, specialized appraisal techniques and experienced design teams to seamlessly merge new and old facilities, technologies, and systems.
